In Utrecht rijdt een jonge vrouw op een swapfiets, een nieuw huurconcept. De swapfiets is te huur voor een klein bedrag per maand, bij een defect wordt de fiets binnen 12 uur gerepareerd of omgeruild voor een andere. In tegenstelling tot andere huurfietsen deel je de fiets niet met meerdere gebruikers. De fietsen zijn te herkennen aan de blauwe voorband.

In Utrecht a woman cycles on a swapbike. The swapbike is a rental concept. For a small amount per month the bicycle can be rented. If there is a defect, the company fixes the bike within 12 hours or swaps it for another bike. You don’t share the bike with others, as with other common rental bikes.
